October 26 - Country Weekly Magazine launch of "Down the Line" on sale October 26, 2009
Hoss’s Listen Up! feature went on sale October 26, 2009 in the 11/2 issue of Country Weekly Magazine. The download of "Down the Line" was available from October 26 to November 9.
Country Weekly Magazine with its 3.4 million monthly readers and CBS hit show "Your Carolina" with a million viewer market, and two of the biggest radio stations in NC and SC, launch "Down the Line" Hoss Howard original tribute to the late great Jerry Reed. Stay tuned for more information about this event, and video shoot.
October 17 - Hoss and Octane play in front of 20,000 for the National MonsterTruck Event
"Hoss, the Anthem and then Octane rocks". Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, MO. Join Hoss as he sings the National Anthem for the Fall National Monster Truck Event in front of over 20,000 people. October 10 - See Hoss with Country legend Charlie Daniels at the 97th Annual Cherokee Indian Fair in Cherokee, NC
A celebration of the harvest, the fair displays the biggest, tastiest fruits and vegetables of the season along with national entertainment nightly, a midway, Cherokee arts and crafts exhibits, traditional Indian dinners and other festival delights.

September 4 - Live CBS TV Concert - "Your Carolina"
Hoss and the Octane Gang will put on a live morning Concert Outdoors in Greenville, SC at Michelin on Main. Come out and get a taste of Octane and get on TV. This is the launch of "Country Weekly September Issue" where you can download "Down the Line" for free. Hoss and the Octane gang will play another show later that night. Hoss played songs from his new cd at the rockin' street dance July 18, 2009 in front of the historic Grand Theatre in downtown Grand Island, Nebraska.
June 2009 - CMA Fan Fair
Hoss and the Octane Gang played many times at the CMA in Nashville from June 10th to the 15th. In addition to playing at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Hoss and the Gang signed autographs at the CMA Fan Fair Autograph Booth in the - Nashville Convention Center.
